Fantastic store with excellent customer service. I have limited experience with fabric dying, and the project I'm doing requires an ombre dye. The gentleman that helped me was very patient with all of my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed. I would recommend this store without hesitation.

EDIT: I finally had the time to actually dye my project and it worked perfectly! The instructions I was given were great, and both the dye and fixative worked even better than I hoped. I will never use Rit dyes again!
