Hestan Vineyards is a hidden gem in the world of wineries. Their wines are exceptional, and the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. I recently tried their Merlot, and it was absolutely delightful - full-bodied and smooth with notes of black cherry and chocolate. I can't recommend Hestan Vineyards enough.
