I recently started taking self-defense classes and found the experience at this studio to be exceptional. The instructors are highly skilled and create a friendly and supportive environment. The techniques taught are easy to follow and effective. I feel much more confident in my ability to protect myself now. The facility is also well-maintained and equipped. Overall, a great place to learn self-defense!
