As a customer of Crescent IT Systems, Inc., I can confidently say that their services are average. While they do get the job done, their response times could be improved. I've had a few instances where it took longer than expected to get a resolution to my issues. However, their staff is knowledgeable and friendly, which is a plus. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
