This is a great place to film and and the folks that own it, Perry and Sari are proactive, very customer service oriented and a joy to work with. I also commend 2 of their employees, Zach and Justin, who take pride in doing all they can to make their clients happy.
The facility has equipment available on site, a large roll up door to load in equipment and I especially appreciate that they care enough to provide an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) in the studio.
I've been a film production professional for over 25 years and been at Picture This many times for a variety of projects and been happy and thankful each time.
The only downside I would note is that for large productions, parking can be challenging, but street parking can be reserved in advance.
