Next Level Training, lives up to its name! Definitely a step up from any other fitness training that I have done in the past. NLT location is conveniently located in downtown Buffalo; very close to everything and not far from my work. The personal trainer Rich is very professional, knowledgeable on all fitness aspects and can be very funny at times just when you need it the most. I highly recommend NLT for any fitness needs. Rich helped me achieve all my goals and I couldn t be happier. Thank you Rich!
