Dont know who wants to hear this but here it goes. But trk D8154 in Loudon,tn shop yesterday for 1 tire issues at about 3:45pm. I thought I go get my paper work ready for my delivery. Went to shop to get signed an TOMMY asked am i going to use another trk. I thought to myself why use another trk for a tire. I told TOMMY no. About the 3hrs wait I went an checked on trk notice the shop men standing around trk thinking ok they going to pull it out of shop. NOT SO. I waited an went back to get trk to get my stuff out. Shop men still standing around trk. Thinking they say trucks done. NOT A WORD FROM THEM. Went to the top of hill wer cars parked an watched them so they couldn't see me. Shop men still standing around trk. Finally a shop person brought trk out of shop. I know they cant stop what they doing just to work on another trk. But what gets me TOMMY knew I was making a delivery an should of looked into what was taking so long knowing I was to deliver a shipment. If TIM BRIGGS is not in that loudon,tn shop . Get ready to WAIT. TIM BRIGGS is London's shop go to man to get things done.
