🏗️ I recently had the opportunity to work with a construction company and stumbled upon their website, dmceinc.com. 🧱 I must say, my experience was average at best. While their site was informative, it lacked a certain level of responsiveness. The company seemed to have a decent portfolio of previous projects, but I found the lack of customer testimonials disappointing. 📷 Additionally, their communication could be improved. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries, which led to some frustration. 💬 On a positive note, their expertise in concrete and engineering was evident and they delivered satisfactory results. However, I would recommend they work on their customer service and responsiveness in order to enhance the overall experience. ⏳ In conclusion, while my experience was average and I received satisfactory results, there is certainly room for improvement for this company.
