I recently purchased a new set of tires from this tire company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information about their products and services. However, I found the pricing to be slightly higher compared to other competitors in the market. The staff at the store were friendly and helpful, but the wait time for installation was longer than expected. The quality of the tires is satisfactory, they seem to be performing well so far. I appreciate that they offer a warranty on their products, which gives me some peace of mind. Overall, I would say my experience with this tire company was average. They have a decent selection of tires and provide good customer service, but the pricing and wait times could be improved.
