I recently had the opportunity to work with a custom home builder and I must say that my experience was average. The company's website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about their services and portfolio. However, I found the customer service to be lacking at times. It took a few attempts to get a response to my initial inquiry, and there were a few instances where my questions were not fully addressed. The construction process itself was somewhat smooth, but there were a few delays along the way. The final result was satisfactory but did not exceed my expectations. Overall, I would consider this company to be average in terms of their communication and delivery of services.
