Update- December 11,2018- I received my photo in Dropbox finally. I did not receive a release to print them and had to call to get that. Amber does great work, I m just truly sad how I was treated and that deadlines were missed for my daughter. I certainly not want to see a local business struggle, so hopefully Amber gets proceees in place and trained staff that help solve problems quickly rather than leaving customers wondering and frustrated.

Disappointing and frustrating to say the least. We had our daughters head-shots taken in October, and as of today, December 4, 2018, I have not received them. For full disclosure, there was an initial miscommunication on the original time I could pick up my photos, however there was no call from Amber Lights to confirm my appointment and when they noticed I was running late, there was not a call to see if something happened or if I was on my way. We did arrive, however it was late because I had the appointment in my calendar at a different time. At that time, I was told by the young girl that I could just come in on a Saturday and anyone could help me. Since that day, I have stopped in MULTIPLE times, left MULTIPLE voicemails, spoken to the young girls that answer the phones MANY times, texted AMBER directly, emailed, and had my husband call (who was hung up on when he tried to leave his email to have the photos sent over)... AND still no RESPONSE, no PICTURES, nothing.. Oh, I will add, I have PAID for these in full. To add insult to injury, I have told them MULTIPLE times that we had a deadline of December 1, 2018, to have these submitted for our daughters auditions.... Guess who has no head-shots for her auditions?
My husband and I are business owners in the same community as this business, and I am beyond appalled at how poor their customer service is. If we treated our clients this poorly, we would never have lasted 20 years in business. It's truly shameful, and beyond frustrating. I would never consider recommending her to anyone. It should never, ever, take over a month to get a product that we paid for, nor should a customer ever have to constantly call/text/email with ABSOLUTELY NO response. My only assumption now is she has lost my photos, as I have asked MULTIPLE times to have them sent to me in Dropbox, and still NOTHING.
