I recently purchased some products from this company, and I found the website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the customer service was a bit lacking as I had some trouble getting in touch with them regarding a query I had. The products were of good quality, but the delivery took longer than expected, which was slightly disappointing. Overall, it was an average experience – not bad, but not outstanding either. 🛍️📦👍
