I recently purchased some instruments and equipment from this company and I found the variety and quality of products to be quite satisfactory. However, the website interface was a bit outdated and navigating through it was a bit cumbersome. The customer service was decent, but the response time was a little slow which was a bit frustrating. 🎵 On the positive side, the shipping was prompt and the items were well-packaged. Overall, the experience was average and I would consider shopping here again if they make some improvements to their website and customer service. 🎶
