I recently used the services of this security company for my home and I have to say, their product efficiency was quite impressive. The website was easy to navigate and provided clear information about their services and products. However, I did face some issues with the installation process and found the customer service to be somewhat slow to respond. The security system itself is working fine, but the setup process left much to be desired. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. The product does the job, but the customer service needs improvement.👍🏼
