I had a great experience with Keith at Honda of Annapolis. I reached out to the dealer and made an appointment to see a particular car. They had the car at the front door when I arrived. I took it for a test drive with my wife. We liked it and it was less than 2 hours before we were walking out of the dealership with the keys. Keith was fast but thorough. Finance office was also very efficient. They didn't try to over sell unnecessary extras which my wife and I appreciated. They mentioned the extras but didn't go overboard like some dealers. It was definitely the fastest we ever purchased a car but we also knew what we wanted in advance.
