I have played this game since 2011,back before 2017,I was having a pleasant time playing,as soon as it hit 2017,Tix was gone,their customer service skills went down the drain,back then,they replied to your email outside of office hours and everything,these days,they take forever to reply to your email,my account has been refusing to login and I sent an email in and 2 hours later I am still waiting for a reply,I sent in another email for a different reason a couple of months ago,still haven t heard a reply,and I have already solved the issue myself!I can t call them because the international call fee is ridiculously expensive for me,and I really don t want to waste my money on a call that I will probably never get answered.... Seriously ROBLOX,why can t you go back to how you were like back before 2017!
