I recently had an experience with [rg]. I have to say, their website, relatedgrey.com, is quite modern and user-friendly. However, I found their customer service to be just average. 😐 They were responsive but took longer than expected to resolve my issue. The overall communication was decent, but I felt there could have been more clarity in their responses. 📞💬 On the positive side, their products are of decent quality and met my expectations. 🛍️👌 However, I did notice that their prices were slightly higher compared to similar companies in the market. 💸 Overall, I would say [rg] is an average company.
