I have been using the services of NAMI Metropolitan Baltimore and I can say that I have had a positive experience overall. The resources provided are comprehensive and easy to access. Although there is room for improvement in some areas, the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate the efforts made by the organization in raising awareness and supporting the mental health community.
