The website does exactly what it is designed to do- make you frustrated enough to just give up. Even the Gov. has said this is true. It s heartbreaking that we Floridians have to deal with this mess, watching every other state help it s residents, while Florida just twiddles it s thumbs. The site constantly crashes or kicks you out and things are laid out in a way that makes it very hard to navigate, it reminds me of websites from back in the 90 s. Good luck getting someone on the phone, it takes 10 minutes to get through the prompts just to find out they can t take your call and they don t have a call-back service.
My heart hurts for the people whose lives are being destroyed by this utter incompetence from the state of Florida DEO.
