I had a great experience with Rouen normandie tourisme & congrès. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided me with all the necessary information and recommendations to make the most out of my trip to Rouen. The city itself is beautiful, with stunning architecture and rich history. I would highly recommend visiting Rouen and using their tourism services.
