I have been a customer of UTILITIES BOARD CITY OF ATMORE for many years now and I have to say, their service is average. It's not great, but it's not terrible either. The utility bills are usually accurate and they rarely have any service interruptions. However, their customer service could use some improvement. It can take a long time to get through to a representative and sometimes they are not very helpful.
