Soo I'm a first time home buyer/owner and iron valley with their speedy response to my needs and willingness
to travel outside their usual space for them to work out deals, was fantastic to start. I had Sarah Lingle as my purchasing realtor and she went above an beyond from day 1! All the information I needed was up front and at the ready. also what made it even better was her ability to break down some business lingo and really give it to me in a straight line information highway kind of thing, no cross talk or possibility type answers just straight to the point. She was both supportive and as I already said informative. She is clearly there for the right reasons and that's to get, "you where you want to be." I would recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy or sell!! If buying please make sure Sarah is realtor you ask for! She really is the best we could've asked for after being brushed off by some of the more dominant names in reality. Shout out to IVR and Sarah !!! You Rock!
