My experience with Robos.im was quite average. While the customer service was satisfactory, the quality of their work was not up to the mark. I had to provide detailed instructions and constant follow-up for revisions. Even then, the final product was not what I had envisioned. I believe there is room for improvement, especially in terms of attention to detail and meeting customer expectations.
