I recently attended a self-defense workshop conducted by a company called R.e.d. It was a great experience overall. The instructor was highly skilled and made the class engaging and informative. I learned many useful techniques that I can apply in real-life situations. The only drawback was that the session felt a bit rushed, and we could have spent more time practicing the techniques. But, overall, it was a great workshop.
