Saturday 3pm: Both Richard & his colleague were very helpful & friendly, Richard pointed out the difference types of paints & told us about the range. They explained about the finishing of the paints, very knowledgeable about the products on sale. GREAT customer service from both of them, answered all our questioned & loaded the paints into the car...would highly recommend...A1 service
