I have mixed feelings about Through The Roof Ministries. On the one hand, their customer service was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly friendly. On the other hand, I encountered some issues with their products that left me disappointed. Although they resolved the problems eventually, it took longer than expected. Despite this, I would still consider giving them another chance in the future.
