I had a positive experience with TRIAD GUARANTY CO. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to address my concerns and provide me with the necessary information. However, the communication could have been improved. There were times when I felt that I wasn't getting all the information I needed in a timely manner. Overall, though, I'm satisfied with their service.
