Because no one seems to care about past or present...

Because no one seems to care about past or present situation and they always nickel and diming you to death on late fees even after you have paid them they are asking me for $45 from 2008 and that those are fees charge to my account but nobody can explain where they came from here in 2016 but my account is current someone please explain this to me
