I have been a customer of Boucher Financial Planning Services for several years and I must say that their services are just average. While they have good knowledge and provide decent advice, I feel that their customer service could be improved. The staff is sometimes unresponsive and it can be frustrating to get hold of them. Overall, their services are satisfactory but not exceptional.
