Accredited PRIVATE facility. RSA and Day Center with dizzying rates. Eternal waiting times for services with NHS and physiotherapy almost exclusively for a fee. Quick times and availability if paid. Unfortunately, very little non profit, despite the dream of the founder. Very sad
