Great shop. Must support your local bike shop.Ric very capable mechanic. I have my bike serviced yearly. I think it makes a difference. I run tubeless- never a problem - have sealant replaced once a year. Your bike will last a long time if you keep drivetrain claim and lubed, don t leave it outside in the rain, have it serviced once a year. Give your local bike shop some business and they will be around a long time. Sure, get a bargain on-line for something s but give the bike shop some business for other parts and service. If you want to be cheap you end up cheating yourself.
