SimpleTech is a decent company with good services. I've been using their products for a while now and they have never disappointed me. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I feel that they could improve their customer support as sometimes it takes a bit longer to get a response. Overall, I am satisfied with their services and would recommend them to others.
