We spent the night on Saturday. This was my husbands and my first time in Memphis. We wanted to see Beale Street. My husband ended up not feeling well and came back to the room early. Our room was very warm. I called the concierge and the lady said she would send maintenance up to look at it. At 945p still nothing. I called again. The lady assured me she would send someone up. No one ever came. It was so warm in our nice room; we couldn t enjoy it.
