Hands down worst service of any dealer I've been to. Had to deal with many in Canada and the USA. Even when you have an appointment booked that doesn't matter. The guys in the body shop are great to deal with. Altho they do lack ability to install a 1 piece window without it leaking. Had 6 Windows replaced and everyone of them leaks. Communication between service department and customers is poor at best.
