really badly designed building, wedged between a concrete batching plant, a recycling plant, and the T.J. of PARIS. Very difficult access after a very small street called Bastion. is located more at Porte de Clichy than in the Batignolles sector. An exterior panel has already fallen from the structure. the building itself is already suffering in many ways (cracks, water infiltration, blocked pipes, flooded parking, etc.) damage .... !!! it has no life that emerges from this concrete structure quite the opposite of the old 36 which only needed to be rehabilitated
