I had an average experience with Chelan Hospitality, INC. The service was decent, but nothing exceptional. The website, obertal.com, was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, I felt that the overall customer service could have been better. There were a few hiccups along the way that could have been avoided with better communication. Overall, my stay was satisfactory.
