I recently tried a new brand of flour and was greatly disappointed. It was nowhere near the quality I have come to expect from a reputable company like Premier. The flour was clumpy and had an off-putting odor. I immediately went back to using Premier flour mills and the difference was remarkable. Their flour is consistently of high quality and I will never stray from their products again.
