I do not recommend Capilano at all. First, they do not do research and they manage the institute like a college. Some staff;such as, Victoria and Malanie (at registrar) are mean and not helpful. It seams that they would like to keep you at Capilano more to get money from you.
Academic Adviser do not provide you enough information and they try to get rid of you soon. The academic program is strange as well; they might put you in certificate and encourage you to take night classes! They do not have co-op education either.
About the student union I can say that its awful. Some staffs there like Sarah and Christopher are selfish and mean. They talk to you like you are from different planet. The student union is closed on summer and do not provide any services.
I can say that Capilano is not a university, but it is a poor college.
