I have worked along side the Administrative and school-specific teaching teams for the Southwest Schools District for almost 5 years. The question that's repeated during meetings and gatherings is "Is it in the best interest of the students?" People want to feel like they are working on the side of the team wearing the white hat. That's exactly what I feel like as part of Southwest Schools.
