I had an average experience with Advanced Hearing Specialists. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the quality of the hearing aids I purchased was just okay. They worked fine for a while, but then started giving me trouble. The customer service was responsive and tried to help, but it was still frustrating. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
