I would rate Keystone Place at Four Mile Cove as average. The community is well-maintained and the staff is friendly. However, I feel that the amenities could be improved. The fitness center is small and outdated, and the pool area is often crowded. Overall, it's a decent place to live, but there is room for improvement.
