We are very happy with the service provided by Jason Schneider of Tom & Cindy and Associates. We were looking to buy a single family house in Fairfax County, Jason is very knowledgeable in this area. The advices he gave on bidding price were reasonable. After 3 months of house searching and bidding, we were able to purchase a house that meets all of our requirements. Jason was very patient with us. The apprisal price turned out to be lower than the price we bidded. Jason was able to negotiate with the seller and lowered the final price by $20k. Anyway, we were very satisfied with the price we paid for our house. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend Jason to anyone who is looking to buy a propery in Fairfax County.
