I am a long-time customer of the Shopper Technology Institute and I must say that their services are of average quality. While I appreciate their efforts in providing up-to-date information on consumer trends, I often find their research to be lacking in depth. Additionally, their website is not user-friendly and can be quite difficult to navigate. Overall, I would rate my experience with the company as average.
