I recently purchased new tires from a local tire shop and had a terrible experience. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the prices were outrageous. I wish I had gone to Direct Tire instead. From what I've heard, they have great customer service and affordable prices. I will definitely keep that in mind for my next tire purchase.
