The customer service at Don eastern international inc. is absolutely terrible. I had a really bad experience ordering from them. The product I received was not as described and when I reached out to their customer service team, they were incredibly unhelpful. It took weeks to get a response, and even then, they were not willing to assist me in resolving the issue. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
