I had a mixed experience with ferdja.com. The prices were competitive and I was able to find a good deal on my flight. However, the customer service was lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and the representatives were not very helpful. Overall, I would say my experience was average, but there is definitely room for improvement.
