The overall experience with Dipti Pharmacy has been average. The products are good, but the customer service needs improvement. There were a few instances where my queries were not addressed promptly, which was frustrating. However, the delivery was reasonably quick and the packaging was secure. I hope Dipti Pharmacy works on enhancing their customer support for a better experience.
