I had a mixed experience with Starboard Manpower Services Inc. The communication and responsiveness were excellent, but the quality of their services was average. I appreciate their promptness in addressing my concerns, but there were some inconsistencies in the delivery. Overall, I would say they are decent but have room for improvement.
