As a CUSTOMER, I have to say that Continued is an average company. Their website continued.fashion is decent, but their products and customer service leave much to be desired. The quality of their clothing is mediocre at best, and I've had multiple issues with items falling apart after just a few wears. Their customer service representatives are not helpful and often dismissive when you have a complaint. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Continued if you're looking for a great shopping experience.
