I recently purchased a few books from a popular online bookstore, and I have to say that I was disappointed with the whole experience. The website was difficult to navigate, and I had trouble finding the books I wanted. The customer service was unresponsive, and the overall buying experience was frustrating. I wish I had discovered The Reading Bug earlier. Their website is so much easier to use, and their customer service is excellent. I will definitely be purchasing books from them in the future.
